ALL INGREDIENTS WILL MAKE 2 PINAPPLE BOATS

(BOTH HALVES OF A PINEAPPLE) 

 

  • 1 LG. Pineapple (FRESH)

BEST IF EACH HALF IS HOLLOWED BEFORE CLASS

  • 2 SM CAN Pineapple Juice  
  • 1 CUP Coco Aminos OR Soy Sauce (C.A. is a Low Salt Substitute for Soy Sauce)

    *** I Prefer Soy Sauce ***

  • 1 CUP Chunked Monk Fruit, or Dragon Fruit, or Mango
  • MINCED Garlic and MINCED Ginger. 

(In This Recipe, Powdered Garlic or Ginger Will Not Do It Justice)

  •  SMALL BLURBLE Toasted Sesame Oil. 
  • 2-3 CUPS Brown or White rice.
  • 1.5 - 2 LBS Boneless and Skinless Chicken THIGHS.
  • Almond or All-Purpose Flour

Chopped Basil, Chopped Parsley, Oregano, Minced or Powdered Garlic, Salt and Pepper to Taste.
